An innovative technology and management company located in historic Mt. Washington, is searching for a highly motivated and skilled candidate to fill a challenging position in Business Development and Sales Management.  Our company improves transportation, aging services and other programs through our outsourced management services, card solutions and Web-based management software, driven by proven technologies. The candidate should be capable of developing strategic relationships and managing a sales team to increase sales of card programs and technology products to commercial entities and the government.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ability and experience to increase sales rapidly through marketing and selling transportation card programs.
• Strategic relationships and business development
• Selling management and technology services to government agencies
• Develop and implement sales goals
• Demonstrates company’s guiding principles in support of the company's strategic goals.

Requirements: 

• Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Sales or Business Management is preferred
• Minimum of 8 years experience in similar business development and sales management roles

• Experience in marketing and selling card programs including prepaid cards, stored value cards, credit cards or gift certificates
• Applicant must have the ability to work independently, be a good communicator and a team player
• Experience with government or technical sales helpful

• Proficient computer and technology skills
• Experience working with small and mid-size companies
