director of admissions
Baltimore area
A regionally accredited, private college is seeking a Director of Admissions to supervise and lead an inside and outside admissions sales team to reach semester start goals; analyze leads and contacts; develop sales related programs to assist in reaching goals; train and evaluate staff; and interact with other departments. The Director of Admissions must be highly self-motivated and hardworking, and understand the importance of meeting goals and have the ability to achieve the required start numbers. Base salary is $75,000 plus full benefits and tuition reimbursement.
Qualifications
- Management experience.
- Sales experience, goal-oriented, organized and possess exceptional communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication required.
- Experience in management and/or a non-profit, college setting a plus.
- A Bachelor degree in sales/marketing, education or a related field.
- Prior Admissions experience (preferably 1-3 years).
