Andrew Freedman

Andrew Freedman is a Partner at EntreQuest and an Executive Consultant in the Quest for Yes™ branch. Currently a Virtual Sales Manager for many of EntreQuest’s clients, he specializes in improving performance, production, and profitability, while installing sound sales practices, systems and methodologies.
Andrew has worked with over 30 sales teams and hundreds of salespeople across the country. His expertise in helping organizations develop short and long-term business goals, strategies for surpassing those goals, and transparency for the organization to measure the progress towards those targets, has helped EntreQuest’s clients consistently achieve their revenue and profitability goals.
Andrew graduated from Tulane University in New Orleans. Prior to joining the EntreQuest team, he was the Director of Sales and Marketing for Merritt Athletic Clubs. Andrew has been a national presenter at IHRSA and Club Industry on topics including sales, sales management, leadership, and marketing. He also authors a recurring column for Club Success Magazine.
Andrew serves the community as a facilitator for the b4students Foundation, an organization supporting workplace mentoring programs in Baltimore City high schools that EntreQuest co-founded in 2001. In addition, he is a Big Brother in the Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Central Maryland organization, and has chaired roundtables for the Greater Baltimore Technology Council.
Stacy Fischbach

As a senior consultant for EntreQuest, Stacy specializes in organizational development with a particular emphasis in sales, marketing, and leadership. Her expertise includes assessing, designing, delivering, and measuring skill changes. In particular, she has extensive experience in helping businesses take on new strategic directions or any culture change that invovles a revamping of an organization's marketing and sales' systems, processes and capabilities. She excels at integrating change at both the management and business line levels enabling each employee involved to understand, embrance, and successfully execute the stated business objectives.
Stacy has worked with a number of organizations globally across a range of industries, including manufacturing, telecommunications, textiles , financial services, and retail. Some recent client work includes such companies as DuPont, Medtronic, Disney, Deloitte, Georgia Pacific, and Shred It. Stacy received her B.S. from the University of Deleware and is currently a member of ASTD. Her marketing and sales effectiveness work at Invista was recognized by the Marketing Leadership Council, with excerpts published in the 2004 Best Practices Marketing Competency Review.
Amy Schwartz

Amy Schwartz is an executive consultant for EntreQuest. With over a decade of experience in sales, training and management, she specializes in defining deficiencies and developing streamlined procedures helping sales organizations with growth and increased profitability, from the bottom up.
Amy graduated from Towson State University with a BS in Communications Studies and a minor in Business. After several successful years in the mortgage industry, she took a turn into the training arena where she only began to reach her stride. Management, business development and operations is where she found her niche and in her last role took the organization from 25 employees in one office to 100+ employees with over six locations. When Amy’s not burning the midnight oil, you can find her enjoying a good glass of wine with friends in one of Canton Square’s establishments.
Jeremy Steinberg

Jeremy Steinberg is an executive consultant for EntreQuest. Jeremy designs sales systems and processes that help businesses improve production, profitability and time management. By emphasizing technology, Jeremy ensures that clients can leverage what they have already expensed as well as aiding them in finding new tools that can expand current business and grow new sales and revenue.
Jeremy graduated from the University of Maryland College Park with a degree in Finance. He spent several years with small, fast-growing companies where his focus was national expansion. Jeremy devised and implemented strategies for sales growth and scalability which took numerous small operations from humble beginnings to employing over 100 individuals. Jeremy has since worked for several Fortune 500 companies. He now brings his diverse experience and proven record of success to the clients of EntreQuest.
Gayle Seker

As a Senior Consultant and Trainer with EntreQuest, Gayle Seker advises professional sales organizations in sales strategy, client acquisition and retention, in addition to her responsibilities as one of our co-facilitators for all our training programs.
Prior to joining EntreQuest, Gayle worked as the Director of Business Development for Evergreen Capital and McLean, Koehler, Sparks & Hammond. Her experience includes business planning, new client development, social entrepreneurship, strategic planning, market research, website management and sales forecasting. She has worked in organizations ranging in size and scope from leading Disability Carriers to the Capital Financial Markets.
Outside her work with EntreQuest, Gayle has provided her expertise and services to several not-for-profit organizations including the Cure Autism Now Foundation (where she is the Co-Chair for the Maryland Fundraising Committee) and the Delaware Chapter of the Susan B. Komen Foundation. In addition to her community work, she is also actively involved as a committee member within several Chambers and Associations throughout the Maryland, DC, and Virginia areas.
