Jason Pappas
Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer

Jason Pappas is a senior-level facilitator of sales growth for organizatons.  By utilizing the proprietary training, consulting, and hiring expetise of EntreQuest, Jason has enabled companies across the nation to drive sales productivity and profitability.  Jason has personally facilitated and consulted for numerous organizations, including Microsoft, Cox Enterprises, T-Mobile, Teledyne and Sinclair Broadcasting Group.

In addition to specific client work, Jason is the regular sales training columnist for SmartCEO Magazine, and his articles have also appeared in The American Salesman, Baltimore Business Journal, and The Daily Record.  The Baltimore Business Journal honored Jason as one of the "Top 40 Under 40" in 2003.

Jason graduated from Yale University with a bachelor's degree in Economics and Political Science, as well as the University of Maryland School of Law.  He is a graduate of the Greater Baltimore Committee's LEADERship program, as well as a graduate of both the Leadership Academy and Mastery University of Robbins Research International.

In the community, Jason is Chairman of the b4students Foundation, an organization supporting workplace mentoring programs in Baltimore City high schools that EntreQuest co-founded in 2001.  He serves on the Board of Directors of Sales and Marketing Executives International, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Maryland, and the Greater Baltimore Technology Council.

Jason is also an adjunct professor of Sales Management at Towson University and has guest lectured at the graduate programs of Loyola College and the University of Baltimore.


Joe Mechlinski

Joe Mechlinski is a senior-level facilitator who specializes in working with aggressively growing companies, along with their sales teams throughout the country.  With a proven track record for scaling companies, Joe focuses his efforts primarily working with EntreQuests’ clients in strategic sales growth, creating successful sales structures and developing winning environments to attract and retain top talent.

Joe is a graduate of the Johns Hopkins University with a bachelor’s degree in Economics. Prior to EntreQuest, Joe was the co-founder of several other companies, including one that grew rapidly with over 150 employees in just 3 years.  Through a concentration in strategic sales growth, he was primarily responsible for the recruiting and training of field managers and worked extensively with management developing presentation and sales skills. Joe has completed the Mastery University program of Robbins Research International, as well as the curriculum of Landmark Education.  Joe is a member of the National Speakers Association and has also been accepted into the 2007 Greater Baltimore Committee’s LEADERship program.

In the community, Joe sits on several boards which currently include The b4students Foundation, The Baltimore Urban Debate League, The League for People with Disabilities, and The Alumni Executive Committee for the Johns Hopkins University.

 

Marta Durkee

Marta Durkee adds an international flavor to EntreQuest.  Originally from Lviv, Ukraine Marta speaks Ukrainian, Russian, and Polish.  However, she exercises her fluency in English when working as a sales representative to Baltimore-based companies looking to have EntreQuest place candidates within their organization.  

Formerly an independent contractor for Long and Forster Real Estate Broker, Marta specialized in residential real estate sales, as well as investment property acquisition consulting, and personally spearheaded numerous revitalization projects in the Baltimore City area.

Upon moving to Baltimore nearly a decade ago, Marta studied at MBC&S, International Institute of Linguistics, as well as the Long and Foster Institute. For the past several years, Marta has taught ESL English classes at the English Language Institute and Citizenship Preparation at Baltimore City Community College (BCCC) and has spent time as a professor for the Refugee Assistance Programs of the Community College of Baltimore County (CCBC).  Marta was a candidate for the 2007 Classic Woman of the Year by Leukemia and Lymphoma Society of Maryland.  She was also an active participant in the founding of the Lviv Regional English Language Society, located in the Ukraine, and held the role of Executive Director of Development until relocating to Baltimore.

 

Bronwyn LeGette

Bronwyn Le Gette works in sales on the Quest for Hire side of EntreQuest.  Specifically, she coordinates sales for the Hiring Day in Baltimore and the surrounding area. 

Bronwyn attended Towson State, which since her time has been changed to Towson University (yes, she’s that old…).  During her time at Towson, she studied Fine Art/Art History, all the while working full-time in various administrative positions.  Bronwyn went on to become an Account Executive for a Herman Miller office furniture dealership, for thirteen years.  Her clients included Wells Fargo, FTI Consulting, Planit Advertising, USi and Digex.  Currently, Bronwyn brings her career experience in sales to EntreQuest while moving up from entry-level in motherhood with her one year-old Simone.
