Our client, an executive suite company, is hiring! We’re looking for an experienced, outgoing, dynamic sales/business person to manage the D.C. location.

As Managing Director, you will be responsible for the overall office leasing (sales), marketing, and profitability of the business center, as well as, the management and development of the business center team. Success will be based on achieving center sales and financial objectives. Responsibilities also include the oversight and execution of all client services including, but not limited to, the achievement and maintenance of high customer satisfaction levels and overseeing all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the business center.

Responsibilities:

  • Market and sell offices, virtual offices, and optional client services
  • Handle all prospective inquiries for office space and virtual office programs, including proposals and contracts
  • Attend marketing events, networking functions and other external events to drive sales and referrals
  • Develop relationships with commercial real estate brokers
  • Negotiate and present renewal agreements to existing client base
  • Ensure client satisfaction by adhering to the highest level of customer service
  • Achieve business plan goals and budgeted objectives for the center • Manage profitability through effective P&L management
  • Hire, train and supervise team

Position requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years staff management and leadership experience with at least 2 years’ experience in hospitality, real estate, retail, or a sales environment
  • Strong track record in sales and marketing
  • Strong track record in customer service delivery
  • Exceptional spoken and written communication skills
  • Advanced experience with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Solid financial management skills, including P&L oversight
  • College degree preferred

Location: Washington D.C.

Compensation: $50k to $60k base salary plus commission
