EntreQuest founded the b4students Foundation, a non-profit program that creates mentoring programs within the business community for inner city Baltimore high school students. This program mentors student groups in the workplace for up to four years, preparing them for the next appropriate step.

b4students now carries out its work with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Baltimore.  Currently, over 100 students are participating in the program and many major corporations are involved as sponsors and mentoring facilities.
