eQ provides high-level strategy. We station our best business consultants on our clients’ executive teams to act in the role of an outsourced Chief Revenue Officer. The outsourced Chief Revenue Officer will provide high-level strategic guidance and business consulting. Assist in the development of the business model including the vision, profitability model, market analysis, creation of the competitive advantage, company story, and unique client experience and connection to other areas of the business.
eQ manages sales teams. One of our trademark services is where we station our best business consultants on our clients’ sales teams to act in the role of an outsourced VP of sales or outsourced Sales Manager. Instead of hiring a sales manager our VP of Sales, one of eQ’s experienced consultants will take on all of the responsibilities required of the position and drive the efforts of the salespeople to effectively produce real results in revenue.
The outsourced VP of Sales works with the leadership and sales team to reach outcomes and goals desired including the development of a strategic sales plan, including the ideal client, sales process, sales tactics, reporting, meeting structure, compensation plans, performance reviews, and tactical sales strategy and oversight of the strategy execution.
The outsourced Sales Manager works with the sales team to reach and exceed goals by one-on-one coaching, conducting effective sales meetings, and executing accountability.
eQ runs training seminars. Originally conceived as a training company, entreQuest has been coaching in the field of business education for more than 10 years. Throughout the year, we offer a series of one-day and two-day seminars to the public. However, over the years we have found that what works best for our client companies is when we tailor our training modules to their unique business and hold private training sessions for their entire staff over a long-term period of time.
eQ guides leaders. Sometimes the highest leaders in an organization would rather conduct their own programs and lead their own initiatives without a third-party. We give them the confidence they need to move their teams in the right direction by acting as a sounding board and advisor providing unlimited guidance and support.
eQ coordinates events. For growth to be sustainable, a company must be sensible on the inside and sensitive towards what is going on in the outside world. Events that involve volunteering or that foster stronger teamwork give employees a greater sense of pride in the business they represent by helping employees align to their company’s story and values, as well as, connect to their community.
